Malcolm Griggs

Greetings recruiters, you found me! Thanks for taking time out of your day to learn more about myself, my story, and my experience in technology! I'm Malcolm Griggs, a dedicated husband, father, and tech professional. During my time studying MIS at UA, I discovered that I possessed natural gifts that allowed me to flourish in several areas of tech. Over my career I gained and honed technical skills, in various roles such as consulting, system administration, engineering (infrastructure), graphic design, product and project management across multiple industries. Those gifts were personality and listening to understand.

 

Given my well rounded experience, I'm able to connect and build rapport with internal and external customers in order to effectively support them. Understanding their objectives, pain-points, blockers, and values equip me with the knowledge to provide a custom solution for them. If that solution requires me to pull up my sleeves and get my hands wet with tech, I'm all for it. I'm no stranger to troubleshooting complex issues, dogfooding product releases, managing integrations/migrations, leading teams or interacting with non-technical customers.
